STEP 1: Select the desired lease term. The following lease terms are currently available:

- Spring 2025 Only: January 05, 2026 to May 08, 2026
- Summer 2026 Only: May 09, 2026 to July 26, 2026
- Academic Year: August 17, 2026 to May 12, 2027

Note: The academic lease spans the Fall 2026 & Spring 2027 semesters.

STEP 2: Select the desired floor plan:

• 2-Bed Private: Accommodates 2 residents in private bedrooms with a shared bathroom and shared common living areas (kitchenette and living room).
• 2-Bed 2-Bath Triple Occupancy: Accommodates 3 residents per bedroom, with 2 shared bathrooms and shared living spaces (kitchenette and living room).
• 2-Bed 2-Bath Double Occupancy: Accommodates 2 residents per bedroom, with 2 shared bathrooms and shared living spaces (kitchenette and living room).
• 4-Bed 2-Bath Private: Accommodates 4 residents in private bedrooms with 2 shared bathrooms and shared living spaces (kitchenette and living room).

Step 3: Finish Your Application:
Complete your housing application, submit the $30 application fee, and sign electronically where directed. Be sure to fill out all required sections, including your personal details, student ID, and roommate preferences.

If you are under 18 at the time of applying, you will need to complete the Parent/Guardian section and list a Guarantor. Your parent/legal guardian and guarantor will receive an email with links to complete the Parental Consent Form and Guarantor Application.

What Happens Next?
Once your application is approved, you’ll receive an email with your housing license agreement and instructions to sign digitally to officially secure your room.

A $100 administrative fee will be charged directly to your NPC Oasis account.

Payment plans for housing charges (excluding the $30 application fee) are available through the NPC Cashier’s Office at 501-760-4125.

If you’re under 18, your parent/guardian and guarantor will also receive an email to review and sign your housing agreement.
